Terms and Conditions
Last updated: April 2026
1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CurbScore, an online business presence auditing service operated by REDWELL (UK) LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 06342877, with its registered office at The Old Police Station, West Square, Maldon, Essex, England, CM9 5AL (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using CurbScore at curb-score.com (“the Service”), submitting your business details, completing a purchase, or otherwise engaging with the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of the Service
CurbScore provides an automated online presence audit for US-based local businesses. The Service analyses publicly available data — including information retrieved via the Google Places API — and generates a scored report across five categories: Google Business Profile, Online Reviews, Website Quality, Local SEO, and Social Media Presence.
Reports are generated using artificial intelligence and are delivered digitally, either directly on-screen following payment or by email to the address provided during checkout. The Service is offered on a one-time payment basis ($49.99) or as a recurring monthly subscription ($19.99 per month), which includes a fresh audit every 30 days and email alerts when scores change materially.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.
3. Important Disclaimer — Nature of the Service
Please read carefully
CurbScore reports are generated by artificial intelligence based on publicly available data and are intended solely for informational and general guidance purposes. They do not constitute professional marketing advice, legal advice, financial advice, or any other form of regulated professional opinion.
Scores, grades, and recommendations are algorithmically generated and reflect a snapshot of available data at the time the audit is run. They may not accurately represent every aspect of your business's actual online presence, and results will vary depending on the completeness and accuracy of your Google Business Profile and other public data sources.
We make no warranties, express or implied, that acting on the recommendations contained in a report will improve your search rankings, increase customer enquiries, or produce any specific business outcome.
You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of any recommendation for your specific circumstances. We strongly encourage you to seek qualified professional advice before making any material changes to your marketing strategy based on a CurbScore report.
4. Eligibility and Permitted Use
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of the business you are auditing. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
The Service is designed for legitimate US-based businesses and must only be used for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent business information;
- Audit businesses you do not own or have authorised access to;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service;
- Use the Service to benchmark or analyse competitor businesses for commercial resale;
- Circumvent any technical measures we use to protect the Service.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access to the Service for any user who breaches these conditions, without refund.
5. Payments and Pricing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorise the relevant charge to your payment method. All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
One-Time Report — $49.99
A single payment of $49.99 provides one full audit report for the specified business. No recurring charges will be applied.
Monthly Monitoring — $19.99/month
A recurring subscription of $19.99 per month provides an initial report upon purchase and a fresh audit every 30 days thereafter, together with email alerts when your score changes by five or more points. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. You will be charged on the same calendar date each month from the date of first purchase.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Any price changes for existing monthly subscribers will be communicated by email with at least 14 days' notice before taking effect.
6. Refund Policy
Because CurbScore delivers a digital product — an AI-generated audit report — that is made available to you immediately upon payment, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once the report has been delivered, whether on-screen or by email.
This policy is consistent with your statutory rights under UK and EU consumer law regarding digital content that has been supplied and where you have expressly acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is lost upon delivery.
If you believe there has been a technical error preventing delivery of your report, or that you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us at support@curb-score.com within 7 days of purchase and we will investigate promptly.
For monthly subscribers, no partial refunds are issued for the current billing period following cancellation. You will retain access to the monitoring service until the end of the period already paid for.
7. Delivery of Reports
Following successful payment, your audit report will be displayed on-screen and a copy will be sent to the email address provided during the purchase process. Delivery typically occurs within seconds but may take up to five minutes in periods of high demand.
It is your responsibility to provide a valid, accessible email address. We accept no liability for reports that are undelivered as a result of an incorrect email address, spam filters, full inboxes, or other issues outside our control.
If you have not received your report within 30 minutes of payment, please check your spam folder and then contact us at support@curb-score.com.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, design, trademarks, and intellectual property comprising the CurbScore platform are owned by or licensed to REDWELL (UK) LIMITED. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and use your audit report for your own internal business purposes only. You may not sell, sublicence, or commercially exploit the report or its contents.
Sharing your own report publicly (for example, on your website or social media) is permitted provided it is reproduced in full and without modification.
9. Cancellation of Subscriptions
You may cancel your monthly monitoring subscription at any time by contacting us at support@curb-score.com. Cancellation requests are processed within one business day.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to receive monitoring and alerts for the remainder of the period you have paid for, but will not be charged again thereafter.
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend a subscription without notice where we reasonably believe the Service is being misused or where payment has failed after reasonable retry attempts.
10. Data Collection and Privacy
In order to provide the Service, we collect and process the following personal data: your name (if provided), email address, business name, business city, and payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details directly).
We use this information to deliver your report, manage your subscription, send score-change alerts, and respond to support queries. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform: Anthropic (AI report generation), Google Places API (business data retrieval), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email), and Supabase (data storage). Each of these services operates under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with our legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@curb-score.com.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, REDWELL (UK) LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or reliance on any report generated by the Service.
Our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the three-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Service, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
For active monthly subscribers, material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
In the event of any dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at support@curb-score.com so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you may also have the right to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
